Visatory is subscription software for education and immigration agencies, delivered over the internet. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. The plans, what each one includes and the limits on each are published in the pricing section of the home page.

Prices are quoted in US dollars per workspace, monthly or yearly, exclusive of any tax due where the customer is established. Visatory sells through Paddle as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller named on the invoice, calculates and remits the tax, and is the name that appears on the card statement. On the Vietnamese pages the same prices are shown in đồng as well, converted at an indicative rate published beside them; the amount charged remains the dollar figure.

The terms of the contract, the refund policy, the privacy notice and the data-processing agreement are published in full and linked at the foot of this page. They apply to every subscription bought through this website.

A workspace is created automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, and the sign-in link is emailed to the address given at signup. Nothing is posted or couriered, there is no delivery charge, and there is no geographic restriction beyond the countries our payment provider cannot serve.

International credit and debit cards, and whatever else Paddle offers at checkout for the customer's country. Card details are entered on Paddle's own checkout page; Visatory never receives or stores them.

Write to support@visatory.com, or open a ticket from inside the workspace. Every message is recorded and a person answers — there is no automated first line. A customer who is not satisfied with the answer can escalate to office@vnisgroup.com, which reaches the company rather than the product team. Complaints are accepted at any hour, answered within one working day, and closed within seven working days; where more time is needed the customer is told why and by when.
