Visatory is a brand of VNIS Group. The registered company behind it is VNIS Vietnam Company Limited, founded in 2012 in Vietnam as VNIS Vietnam, doing educational consulting for stakeholders in Vietnam and the United States.

Where this came from.
The group did not start in software. It started by advising students and working with universities, and it has been doing that since 2012. Intake, applications, visa deadlines, partner agreements, commission statements — that is the work the group already does, with all the ordinary problems attached to it.

We are our own first customer.
Visatory is used inside the group before it is sold outside it. VNIS Education and Schoolory are sibling brands under the same parent, and the counsellors there run the same pipeline, chase the same documents and answer to the same partner universities as any other agency. A feature that does not survive that does not ship.

The group today.
As of 2026, VNIS Group is a family of 11 brands across five sectors: education, investment, marketing and technology, travel, and design. Visatory is one of them.

One number, and where it comes from.
VNIS Group publishes on vnisgroup.com that it works with more than 4,500 partners worldwide, and that it partners with Kaplan and with accredited universities. That is the group's figure for the group's business, stated on the group's own site. It is not a Visatory customer count, and this page does not offer it as one.

Why a CRM, and why this one.
Agency software usually comes from software companies. The result models a sales pipeline well and a visa deadline badly, and has nothing to say when a partner university asks what a student was told and when. Visatory is built the other way round: the record comes first, and the pipeline sits on top of it.
