Terms

Plain terms, and short.

These are the terms for using Visatory. They are written to be read once and understood, not to be survived.

Last updated August 18, 2026.

01

Who the agreement is with.

Your agreement is with VNIS Vietnam Company Limited, the registered company behind Visatory and part of VNIS Group. Where these terms say you, they mean the agency whose workspace it is.

02

The trial.

14 days, and no card. The trial runs on the Growth plan, so you see the product with its limits open rather than a cut-down version of it. Nothing is charged at the end, because nothing was collected at the start.

03

Leaving at the end of a trial.

Your data exports on the last day. It is not held back to make leaving harder, and it is not a favour granted on request.

04

Plans and billing.

Plans are monthly or yearly at the prices on the pricing page, billed through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice and handle the tax. A change of plan takes effect at the start of the next period.

05

If a payment fails.

The workspace stays writable through the retry window, because cards fail for boring reasons. If the subscription then ends, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted — every record still readable, still exportable.

06

Credits.

eSIM credits are prepaid. You buy them through Paddle and spend them on data packages. If an order fails, the credits return to your balance as credits, in a ledger entry you can see, not as money to your card. Credits are not exchangeable for cash and do not move between workspaces.

07

Your data is yours.

We claim no ownership of anything you put into a workspace, we do not use it to train models, and we use it for nothing other than running the software for you. The detail is on the privacy page.

08

Cancelling.

Cancel at any time from inside the product. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Export before or after — export does not stop working when the subscription does. Ask us to delete the workspace and we will, and we will confirm it.

09

What you may not do with it.

Four things. Do not hold material you have no right to hold. Do not use the AI counsellor to write an applicant's essay for them: it gives feedback only, and every session records the student's attestation. Do not attempt to reach another agency's workspace. Do not resell access as though the product were your own, unless that is agreed in writing.

10

Availability.

We do not publish an uptime figure we have not measured over a meaningful period, so this page does not carry one. What it will say is what we do: the product is deployed continuously, errors are reported and read, and work that will interrupt service is announced before it happens.

11

Liability.

Visatory records evidence. It does not certify anyone and it cannot make an agency compliant — compliance is yours, and the decision of a reviewer, a university or a government is theirs. Our liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months before a claim.

12

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. That follows the company rather than the customer: VNIS Vietnam Company Limited is registered there, so this is the one forum where the agreement, the company and the law sit in the same place. Nothing here removes a right you hold under the consumer or data-protection law of your own country, which applies whatever this clause says.

13

Changes to these terms.

Announced in the changelog and by email to workspace owners before they take effect. If a change is one you will not accept, cancel and export; we will not charge for a period you did not want.
