Changelog

What has shipped.

Changes an agency would notice, in the order they went live. Refactors and internal work are left out — not because they did not happen, but because a list nobody can act on is a list nobody reads.

Marketing, and the queue behind it

  • New

Email campaigns to your leads and students, with a content calendar.

The audience is stored as a rule and resolved when the campaign sends, so a lead who arrives after you schedule it is included and someone who unsubscribes in between is not. Skipped recipients are shown before you send, grouped by why — no address, opted out, no consent, duplicate.

  • Fixed

Queued email is now actually delivered.

The queue was written to and never drained, so campaign mail and eSIM QR codes were recorded as sent without leaving the building. Sign-in codes were never affected — those bypass the queue by design.

  • Improved

Statuses read as English rather than as column names.

"Deposit paid" instead of "deposit_paid", everywhere at once.

  • New

Reports, and a billing page showing what you are using against your plan.

Finance, team, eSIM and agency websites

  • New

Student invoices, payments and a cashbook.

An invoice can only be voided before money arrives; after that the answer is a refund and a credit note, because voiding would leave a receipt pointing at nothing.

  • New

Staff records, payroll and a hiring pipeline.

  • New

eSIM data packs for departing students, paid from prepaid credits.

A failed order and a refunded one stay distinct, so the first question — did that cost me anything — is answered without opening the ledger.

  • New

An agency website on your own domain, with lead forms that land in your pipeline.

Three templates over one block system. Point a domain at it and the certificate is handled.

  • New

Commissions that hold until the census date passes.

A receivable projected at acceptance is a forecast, not money. Sub-agent splits are computed from what actually arrived, so you can never owe a partner out of a projection.

  • New

The records pack: one download covering any period you pick.

Student files, signed agreements, fee disclosures, complaints, surveys and training — with a manifest listing what was included and, the part that matters, what was missing.

  • New

An AI counsellor that gives essay feedback and refuses to write the essay.

It matches programmes from your own catalogue, rehearses the visa interview, and explains the process to parents. Every session needing a student's details checks consent first.

The first release

  • New

    Leads, students, institutions and applications.

  • New

Per-country visa tracks for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

The I-20, the CAS, the provincial attestation letter and the CoE are separate steps that fail separately, so they are tracked separately. Editing a track leaves cases already in flight on the one they started.

  • New

Documents that record where they came from and who checked them.

Uploading is never an implicit claim that a file is genuine; verifying is a separate act by a named person.

  • New

Sign in with a six-digit code instead of a password.

Nothing to write on a sticky note, and nothing to hand over when someone leaves.

Something you need that is not here?

The roadmap is largely decided by agencies telling us what is slow. Say what you are doing by hand and we will look at it.
