What has shipped.

demo.visatory.com is a fictional agency with forty-five students, applications in every stage, visa cases and commissions. It is read-only: click through anything, change nothing. "See a demo" used to lead to a form that books a call.

Excel or CSV. Column headings in English or Vietnamese are recognised, you check the guess before anything is written, and every row that was not imported comes back with its row number and the reason. Students already in the workspace, matched by email, are skipped rather than duplicated.

Each person picks their language from the sidebar. The navigation, dashboard, students, import, sign-in and settings are translated; the rest follows. The marketing site was already in six languages; the product was not.

The address is reserved, the build starts in seconds, and an email says where to sign in when it is ready - usually two to five minutes, not a working day. The signup page updates itself when the workspace answers.

The three plans side by side, and straight answers on what counts as an active student, what currency you are charged in, and what the invoice is and is not.

A chart was handed a function it could not carry across to the browser. Finance and AI usage had the same fault waiting.

Workspace, roles and branches all answered 404 from the settings hub. They exist now; Workspace is where the language setting lives.

The audience is stored as a rule and resolved when the campaign sends, so a lead who arrives after you schedule it is included and someone who unsubscribes in between is not. Skipped recipients are shown before you send, grouped by why - no address, opted out, no consent, duplicate.

The queue was written to and never drained, so queued mail was recorded as sent without leaving the building. Sign-in codes were never affected - those bypass the queue by design.

"Deposit paid" instead of "deposit_paid", everywhere at once.

An invoice can only be voided before money arrives; after that the answer is a refund and a credit note, because voiding would leave a receipt pointing at nothing.

A receivable projected at acceptance is a forecast, not money. Sub-agent splits are computed from what actually arrived, so you can never owe a partner out of a projection.

Student files, signed agreements, fee disclosures, complaints, surveys and training - with a manifest listing what was included and, the part that matters, what was missing.

The I-20, the CAS, the provincial attestation letter and the CoE are separate steps that fail separately, so they are tracked separately. Editing a track leaves cases already in flight on the one they started.

Uploading is never an implicit claim that a file is genuine; verifying is a separate act by a named person.
