Producing a records pack for a review
Choose a period and export. The manifest lists what is included and, deliberately, what is missing.
The pack collects student files, signed agreements, fee disclosures, complaints and their corrective actions, satisfaction surveys and staff training records for a period you choose.
The manifest lists gaps too
Every pack carries a manifest naming what went in and what was expected and absent. That is the part worth reading before a reviewer does: a gap you found yourself is a task, and the same gap found across a table is a finding.
It takes a few minutes
Large packs are built in the background and you are emailed when the file is ready, so closing the tab does not cancel it.
