Getting your data out
Export is a feature, not a request form. It works at any time, including after a lapse.
Your data leaves in a readable format whenever you want it, without asking us and without a notice period. There is no exit fee and no queue.
It keeps working when the subscription does not
A lapsed subscription makes the workspace read-only. Export is deliberately not part of what stops — holding somebody's records hostage over an invoice is not a retention strategy, and for a compliance product those records may be the evidence a review is about to ask for.
If this did not answer it, open a ticket from your workspace — it arrives with your account attached, so nobody has to ask you which agency you are. Support is included on every plan.
