Getting your records out
The records pack is how data leaves. What it contains, how often you can build one, and why it survives a lapsed subscription.
Choose a date range and the records pack builds student files, signed agreements, fee disclosures, complaints and their corrective actions, satisfaction surveys and staff training records into a single file you can read without us.
It is built, not handed over
A pack is assembled in the background and you are emailed when the file is ready, so closing the tab does not cancel it. On Starter you can build one a quarter; on Growth and Scale there is no limit.
It keeps working when the subscription does not
A lapsed subscription makes the workspace read-only. Building a pack is deliberately not part of what stops - holding somebody's records back over an invoice is not a retention strategy, and for a compliance product those records may be the evidence a review is about to ask for.
