Editing a country's visa steps
Rules change mid-intake. Editing a track affects new cases only, and open ones keep the steps they started with.
Each destination has its own milestone track — the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia are four genuinely different processes, not one process with four labels.
What happens when you edit one
A student who already has an open case keeps the steps their case was opened with. Only new cases pick up the edit. That is on purpose: a government changing a requirement in March should not silently rewrite what a counsellor did in January, and a case whose steps changed underneath it cannot be audited.
Recording a refusal
Paste the wording from the refusal letter rather than summarising it. Whether a re-application is possible often turns on the exact phrasing, and a summary written six weeks later has already lost it.
If this did not answer it, open a ticket from your workspace — it arrives with your account attached, so nobody has to ask you which agency you are. Support is included on every plan.
