Vietnamese grade converter
A 10-point transcript, as the three scales a foreign institution is likely to read it in. Ranges rather than single numbers, because a single number here would be a false precision with a decimal point on it.
The GPA on the transcript. A comma works too.

There is no official conversion. Every receiving institution decides its own, some publish a table and many do not, and two universities in the same country routinely place the same transcript differently.
Use this to decide whether a student is worth applying with. Do not give the output to a family as their GPA - if the application asks for a converted grade, the institution's own table is the one that governs, and where a range is marked as contested it is worth asking them directly.
Converting a lot of these?
Visatory keeps the grade, the transcript and the institution's own requirement on the student record, so the conversion is done once rather than every time somebody opens the file.
