Limits are checked when you add a record, not by surprise at month end. A workspace at its limit keeps working; it asks you to archive or upgrade before adding more.
Questions an accountant asks.
- What counts as an active student?
- A student whose file is in a live stage: enquiry, counselling, applying, offer, visa or pre-departure. Once they are enrolled or the file is archived, it stops counting. You can keep every alumni file on record for as long as your retention policy says, at no cost.
- How am I charged, and in what currency?
- By card, through Paddle, in US dollars. Paddle is the merchant of record: it handles the card, the receipt and any local sales tax. Đồng prices on this site are an indicative conversion at the published rate, so the exact amount on your statement follows your card issuer's rate on the day.
- Will I get an invoice, and what about VAT?
- Paddle issues an invoice for every charge, with the company name and tax number you enter at checkout, and adds local sales tax where it applies. Note that the invoice comes from Paddle as the seller; it is not a Vietnamese VAT invoice issued by VNIS. If your accountant needs one of those, write to us before you subscribe and we will tell you what we can and cannot do.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is charged and nothing renews on its own. The workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan, and everything in it can still be exported, including on that last day. Pick a plan and it opens again exactly as you left it.
- Can I change or cancel later?
- Yes, from the billing page, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the next renewal. If you cancel, the workspace stays readable and exportable, and the records pack keeps working after the subscription lapses.
- What is a user, a branch, a sub-agent?
- A user is a member of your staff with their own sign-in. A branch is an office; staff see only the branches they are assigned to. A sub-agent is a partner who refers students to you, tracked with their own agreement, training record and commission split.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yearly plans are {percent}% less than paying month by month, billed once a year. The cards above show both.
